Rules
Rules are very simple just come in your best costume Sunday starting at 2 pm. The contest is free you only need a admission ticket.
There will be 2 divisions 18 and up and 17 and below.
There will be Prizes for 1st and second place in each division.

Winners Will win but not limited to.
Weekend passes for Next year!
